Old Farm Neighborhood Conservation Area provides three-fourths of an acre of undeveloped open space where the end of Tilden Road abuts I-270, not far from Old Farm Road. Nearby Farmland Local Park, on Old Gate Road, features ballfield facilities. M-NCPPC acquired the Old Farm Neighborhood Conservation Area in 1962.
