Darnestown Local Park features a playground, softball field, small multiuse field, and four pickleball courts on two tennis courts. Visitors can also rent an open shelter for picnicking. M-NCPPC acquired the 10-acre park in 1975.

Rent a Picnic Shelter at Darnestown Local Park
Picnic shelter reservations are first-come, first-served and are available to rent from April 1 to October 31.
