Through gentle movement, discussion, journaling, and meditation, participants explore connection with self, others and the natural world on a guided walk through the Gude Garden. Join Tania to move with intention in nature, exploring the therapeutic relationship between mind, body, community, and the living world around you. Rooted in evidence-based wellness practices and ecotherapy principles, participants slow down, regulate the nervous system, cultivate meaningful connection, and restore a sense of balance and presence. Group will meet on the South Terrace in front of the Visitor Center. Participants will receive a small blank notebook for journaling.
