About the Showrocknoceros band

Rocknoceros has entertained tens of thousands of fans around the country, performing at Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and the Kennedy Center. Since its inception in 2005, Rocknoceros has won ten Washington Area Music Awards and has found its way into the hearts and homes of music-lovers of all ages.

As of January 1, 2020, you’ll only see two people on stage at a Rocknoceros show, but the band would not be what it is today without Coach Cotton.

Coach Cotton came up with the idea for Rocknoceros, and he quickly enlisted the help of his good friends Williebob and Boogie Bennie to get the band off the ground. Although Coach no longer performs with the band, you can still hear him on the original Rocknoceros recordings, and you will always hear his clever lyrics every time Williebob and Boogie perform.
