Hi! This summer I am going to Wheaton Indoor Totally Tennis Camp!

It is at the Wheaton Indoor Tennis Facility, a big place with six indoor courts that make it cool and comfortable.
Before I Leave for Camp

Before I leave, I will pack my things. I will need:

A nut-free lunch

Clothes that are good for moving and playing

A water bottle

My tennis shoes
I can also bring a small fidget, my favorite board game, or book for quiet time.
Arriving at Camp
When I get to camp, my guardian and I will park in front of the indoor tennis building.
We will walk up and check-in with a counselor between 9:00 and 9:30 AM.
Once checked in, I will go into the Wheaton Tennis center party room for free time.

Getting Ready

When I arrive:
I will put my labeled lunchbox and backpack outside Court 1 in the party room. I will find a seat and meet the counselors and other campers. On Monday’s we start the day with a morning meet & greet, safety talk and fire drill. After we will line up and head out to the tennis courts for warm-up.
Bathroom Time

After my guardian drops me off and I put my lunchbox and backpack in the party room. I may ask a counselor to use the bathroom before camp starts.
Tennis Time!
Each morning, I will focus on the tennis fundamentals like forehands and backhands, footwork, the serve, and overhead smash.
Throughout these drills I will also:

Take water breaks

Play tennis games

Learn new skills from certified instructors
I will have fun while learning and growing stronger and more confident!

Lunch and Quiet Time

At 12:30 PM, it is time for lunch.
I will eat just outside the indoor courts in the party room.
After lunch, I will have the opportunity to participate in quiet activities, like:
- Board Games
- Coloring
