Yoga Sprouts!

Bring your little ones to this fun yoga class with a nature theme and a view of the garden. Physical exercise and mindfulness will awaken your senses, boost your energy, and give you good garden vibes to start your day. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. Adults are free and must accompany children to the class but should not register. Classes will meet inside the Children’s Classroom in the Visitor Center.
