
Wheaton, Md. – Montgomery Parks and the Friends of Brookside Gardens will present the 2026 Summer Twilight Concert Series, with four free outdoor performances on Tuesdays in June at Brookside Gardens.

When: Tuesday evenings in June, 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Where: Brookside Gardens Visitor Center Lawn
Parking at Main Entrance at 1800 Glenallan Avenue, Wheaton and Conservatory entrance at 1500 Glenallan Ave.

The annual series offers live music in a beautiful garden setting. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on. Picnicking is allowed in the gardens on concert evenings only.
“The Summer Twilight Concert Series gives people a chance to experience Brookside Gardens in a relaxed, welcoming setting,” said Stephanie Oberle, director of Brookside Gardens. “The concerts bring the community together for music, dancing, and summer evenings in the gardens.”
Concert lineup:
- June 2: Olney Big Band, traditional big band jazz, swing, and dance music
- June 9: The 19th Street Band, Americana, bluegrass, and rock
- June 16: René Ibáñez & Cubano Groove, Latin and Cuban music
- June 23: The Sidleys, indie rock, and soul
Food trucks will be selling dinner, desserts, and beverages during the Summer Twilight concerts. No alcoholic beverages are allowed. For more information, visit the Brookside Gardens special events web page.
