Montgomery Parks closes all facilities and operations in advance of winter storm 

WHEATON, Md. – Montgomery Parks announces all facilities and operations will be closed beginning Saturday, January 24 at 6 p.m. through Monday, January 26 at 11:59 p.m. due to the forthcoming winter storm. This includes ice rinks, tennis centers, nature centers, gardens, and historic sites.  

Montgomery Parks urges the public to use caution when accessing parks and trails during the storm, as inclement weather may result in downed trees and falling branches. To report down trees or other hazards, contact Park Police at 301-949-8010.
