Dance, sing and frolic with your toddler while learning yoga poses, participating in creative movement and learning breathing exercises and other methods small children can use for self calming.
*NOTE: Class will not be held on Thursday April 2, 2026 and Thursday, May 21, 2026. This is a series of ten Thursday classes. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. When registering, please register your child only. A parent or guardian must attend class with their child. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. Please bring a yoga mat. Classes are held in the Tilden Woods Local Park Activity Building located on park grounds. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
