Homeschool History

Step back in time and experience the past in a truly immersive way with Homeschool History at the Farm Park! This program series combines historical learning with practical, hands-on activities that bring history to life. Each class will cover a different theme, with a special emphasis on the Farm Park’s unique history, and students will gain a deeper understanding of historical practices by actively engaging with the tools, techniques and ideas used in day-to-day life. Your child will leave with a richer understanding of history and a greater appreciation for the simple joys of farm life. This Spring, we have a new set of exciting themes for the children to learn about! We will announce each week’s theme on our Facebook page and website. This is a drop off program, but parents are welcome to hang around the Farm Park during the class. Please be sure to dress for the weather and bring water.
