Cabin John Regional Park will host weekly Sunday morning concerts 

WHEATON, Md. – Montgomery Parks is bringing back its popular Sunday Serenade concerts this April. The series will debut Sunday April 7, 2024, at the Cabin John Regional Park amphitheater. 

What:    Sunday Serenade concerts begin 

Where:  Cabin John Regional Park Amphitheater 
               7400 Tuckerman Lane, Bethesda, MD 20817 

When:    Sunday, April 7, 2024  | 10-11:30 a.m.

The first performance of the new season is by the Eric Scott Band, featuring a modern soul sound and seamless melding of pop and rhythm and blues beats. 

All Sunday Serenade concerts are free. The genre of music will vary each week. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs and snacks, water and sunscreen to enjoy a picnic in the park during the show. Ella’s Bake Shop will be on site selling breakfast foods. 

“Sunday Serenade concerts are a great way to slow down and enjoy the weekend,” said Montgomery Parks Special Events Supervisor Megan DeMillo. “So often on Sundays we are pre-occupied with chores and getting ready for the coming work week, but this is an opportunity to enjoy the day before us.”

April 14, 2024.  Zachary Smith and the Mardi Gras Kings 
April 21, 2024.  Geno Marriott and Ensemble 
April 28, 2024.   ZADIA and Jeremiah Miles

Concerts may be cancelled due to inclement weather.  For the latest updates, check our Weather Alerts page on MontgomeryParks.org. Cancelled concerts will not be rescheduled.
