 Where to Park and Getting Around the Event

Accessible parking is at 15675-15679 Needwood Lake Cir, Derwood, MD 20855.

We have a wheelchair-accessible shuttle cart to help you get from your vehicle to the event. The shuttle cart will circle the parking lot and offer rides to the path leading to the Main Festival Area. There are two main areas of the event: the Main Festival Area and the Mid-Hike Beer Garden. There will be no shuttle cart service to the Mid-Hike Beer Garden.

Main Festival Area

Performers

At the main stage and the acoustic stage, bands will play loud music. If you don’t like loud sounds, you may want to use headphones when going near these stages. In the Main Festival Area, there will also be an accordion player, a living statue dressed in lederhosen, and stilt walkers.

Bathrooms

Accessible porta johns are in the Main Festival Area and the Mid-Hike Beer Garden.

Porta johns do not flush and there are no dryers. Hand sanitizer will be available.

Hand washing stations will be available in the Main Festival Area and Mid-Hike Beer Garden.

Food Concessions

These vendors will be selling food, drinks and alcohol. Alcohol vendors will be checking IDs. Most of the food vendors will also be selling water to drink. Please note vendors are accepting digital payments only.  Attendees are also welcome to bring snacks and picnic meals to enjoy during the event.

Sensory Retreat Tent

There will be a lot of people at the park on the day of the event. If you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed, please visit our “Sensory Retreat Tent”. The tent is a quiet space where you can relax, play with our fidgets and get away from the larger group.

Keep our Parks and Trails Clean

Help take care of our parks by using trash cans and recycling bins appropriately.
