The free performances will be held in parks around the county this summer. 

WHEATON, Md. — Montgomery Parks is hosting Parks Playhouse and Parks Playhouse Junior this summer, a series of free, live performances to celebrate the artistry of local bands, troupes, and groups. The Playhouse Junior series is designed for children ages 12 and under.  

“We have a great season of performances planned for the summer,” said Michael Coppersmith, Director of Montgomery Parks Activation Program. “Performances span various genres including comedy, theater, and live music. The line-up truly has something for everyone.”  

Performances take place from June through August. Below is the listing of June shows.

Sign language interpretation will be provided at all Playhouse Junior events and select Playhouse performances by Montgomery Parks’ Program Access.
