Parks Playhouse Junior: The Puppet Co.

Plan a visit to our super fun all-accessible playground at Falls Road Local Park and watch a special puppet performance of “Rapunzel” brought to you by Glen Echo’s The Puppet Co.

This charming hand puppet retelling of the classic fairytale is performed by just one person! Princesses can be named after vegetables, witches can have good intentions, and sometimes you need a little song to help you get you through your day. Recommended for ages four and up. Run time is approximately 40 minutes.

This event will be hosted at Falls Road Local Park, home to the award-winning Hadley’s Playground, a unique playground that allows children of all ages and abilities to play together! Our Montgomery Parks  Program Access Team will be present at this event with their sensory tent and will be providing information on accessibility and other resources.

• Parking: Available at Falls Road Local Park.
• Performance will be held in the lawn area behind the restrooms.
• Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.
• Restrooms available at the park.
