Saturday Sensory Scavenger Hunts – Nature’s Rainbow

Join us as we use our senses to explore the natural world. In this series we will be listening for frogs calling around the pond, searching for different colored flowers in the meadow, and feeling different animal furs. These programs are designed with focuses on sensory learning and experiences in mind.

Nature’s Rainbow:  Some colors help animals hide. Some help them standout. While some colors attract and others deter. We’ll learn about what different colors in nature can tell us. Then head out on a walk searching for a rainbow of wildlife and make a craft to take home. This program is designed with focuses on sensory learning and experiences in mind.
