Salsa in the Park Dance Workshop

Move and groove with your friends and family at this free evening workshop on Wednesday, May 17 to learn how to dance the Salsa.

From 6:30 to 7:30 pm, professional dancer and instructor Yoii Moore, from Salsa with Silvia, will take you through the Salsa fundamentals at Germantown Town Center Urban Park. During the workshop, you will learn a bit of Salsa history and other moves from the closely related dances Samba, Bachata, and more.

This event is for all ages and skill levels. Bring a water bottle and your dancing shoes as you are sure to get a workout stepping to the rhythms of the Salsa. Return to Germantown Town Center Urban Park on Friday, May 19 to show off your newly mastered dance moves at Salsa in the Park Night of Music. With live music, food, and drink, this Friday evening event is perfect to wind down your work week.
