Nature Explorers – Camouflage Challenge

These classes are designed to teach young children and their caregivers more about wildlife and nature right in their own backyards through activities, explorations, games, hikes, and take-home crafts.

Camouflage Challenge:  Camouflage is an important adaption that many animals use to better hide and survive in the wild. But can you pass the challenge? In this program, we’ll discuss camouflage in nature, go on a hike to try to find items and animals camouflaged and not, and see if we can’t make our own camouflage. Later, we’ll come back and make a craft!
