Little Seneca Lake is a 505-acre reservoir located in upper Montgomery County. The lake is surrounded by 1,800 acres of Black Hill Regional Park lands. The freshwater community teams with healthy a population of plankton, insects, fish, frogs, turtles, beavers, muskrats, as well as an incredible variety of waterfowl and fishing birds such osprey, bald eagles, great blue herons,and kingfisher. The shore plant life is diverse and furnishes food, forage and shelter for the wildlife. This is our view from the back deck of the Black Hill Visitor Center. Enjoy!
